Amazing, It Actually Burns Belly Fat!!
I have lost weight with Bioma probiotics. It took 2 months, but I lost 15 lbs. The amazing thing? It was mostly belly fat! I didn't use scales to measure my loss (because my sad home scale is never accurate) -- I used my clothes. Even after just 1 month, I felt my clothes loosening across the belly, and after 2 months -- I had to buy a smaller size! I am completely amazed at how well Bioma works! I didn't have any bad side effects, just a slow, steady weight loss.The only thing I would stress to anyone is -- follow the directions and take 2 capsules BEFORE breakfast. I actually took them with 8 oz of water, but the directions didn't say you have to drink that much. I seriously doubt the formula would work if you took it with food, or even later in the day. It has to be the morning. Also, I gave it at least 10 minutes to absorb before I ate anything. Now, after 3 months on Bioma, I am down 2 pant sizes. It is expensive, but well worth the money, even though I had to skrimp, save, and rebudget to afford it. I think Bioma is great!
