Bioma supplements are proudly manufactured and delivered in the United States. We currently ship to the U.S.
Shipping Times usually take 4 business days, but delivery can take up to 8 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can stay updated every step of the way.

Bioma Return & Refund Policy (Simplified)
1. Return period.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
2. When you can return.
Unopened items: Must be in their original packaging and fit for resale.
Faulty or not as described: You can return these too, even if opened.
Note: For subscriptions, returns are only accepted for the first delivery, not recurring ones.
3. How to start a return.
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include: your receipt or invoice (with purchase date and location); for faulty items – photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will inspect your request and send you a prepaid return label (cost: $9 USD) to use within 14 days. You must use our label due to warehouse requirements.
4. Refund timeline.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds are processed within 10–30 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank may take up to 14 extra days to display the refund.
The $9 return cost will be deducted for non-faulty returns.
5. When refunds aren’t possible.
Refunds won’t be issued if the product:
Is used, opened, damaged, or altered.
Was not properly cared for.
Was shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information.
6. Authorized purchases only.
We can only process refunds for products bought from authorized Bioma resellers or our official store. We cannot guarantee authenticity or quality from unverified sellers.
7. Digital content.
All digital content purchases are non-refundable, unless the content is faulty or not as described.
If so, email [email protected] within 14 days with proof of the issue.
By purchasing digital content, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal once access is provided.
8. Amazon purchases.
Orders made via Amazon.com follow Amazon’s own return policy. Bioma is not responsible for those orders.
