Great for digestion but not for weight loss
I have used these probiotics for a month. I do seem to be more “regular” without any upset tummy. However, they advertise it for weight loss - I have lost 1 lb for the entire month, and this was with eating healthy and cutting out sugars, so I don’t think the pills helped with weight loss.
