Lots of probiotics
I haven't been using these long enough to notice a significant difference, but the amount of probiotics is impressive, so I am really looking forward to seeing the long term benefits.

Gave to my wife as a supplement
Wife has been taking this as an addition to her daily supplement. She says it's fine and does not upset her stomach. The pills are easy for her to swalllow with some water and leave not bad after taste.
