Good probiotic for women's health.
This probiotic for women has 4 lactobacillus and 2 bifidobacterium strains that are helpful for women's digestive, immune, urinary, and bladder health. I like the added cranberry extract and Tributyrin powder. I don't like that there are a couple filler ingredients, though they may be necessary in this formulation. So far, I have no negative side effects from the 2 capsules a day, so I'd recommend it as a good option for women.

Works for normalizing pH
I've been using these as part of a program to normalize vaginal pH and it has worked. Everything back to normal. Came safety sealed, within expiration dates and all the capsules intact. No GI or other side effects from taking this. The only downside are the fillers/flow agents. I normally try to avoid these and would prefer a reformulation in future if I need this product again.
