This stuff is great.
This stuff makes you go daily. It’s actually the right way to go as I’ve read like “toothpaste” is the healthy way to go and this does just that. So far I can’t tell if I am losing weight as it’s only been about a week or so but it has curbed my appetite. I recommend!

So far so good!
Just started today but will update later. I did notice not having much craving tonight for sweets. Packing was perfect! No bad taste, no bad smell, can’t wait to see what else happens!
