Pleasantly Surprised!!!
I have been taking this product just a short period of time, seeking primarily to improve my gut health. I am pleasantly surprised and wanted to share that this product SIGNIFICANTLY decreases my appetite in the mornings. I feel too full to eat, which is a big contribution to my desire to follow an intermittent fasting lifestyle. Overall, trying to reach very specific health goals and this is helping me to do so.
