feeling calmer and losing weight
these really help calm my mind before bed. i’m waking up earlier and my clothes fit looser already.

easy to take
Flavor is mild and not overly perfumey like some gummies. My nails feel harder and don’t bend as easily. Within two weeks my nails already looked less brittle. Redness on my cheeks calmed down a lot. I normally forget pills, so gummies sounded like a good idea.
