I have hope
I have been taking Bioma probiotics for about a month I don’t really see much difference in my “gut health” but.. I will continue to take it for another month as I understand it might take a little longer to straighten things up I do hope to update this review to a more successful story ????

So far, so good!
Excellent product…I have been taking probiotics for years on the advice of my doctor…but these are the best I have ever taken…in just one month, have resolved some issues with bloating and have curbed cravings…have not taken them long enough to see any weight loss, but definitely make me feel better…am starting my second month, so we shall see!
