Perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They do help curb appetite but when we eat out i do damage! I think with a modest menu and a little exercise they would help lose weight! At least i haven’t gained after binging and i have lost a couple of pounds within a couple weeks!
