Works well for sugar cravings
I am not sure if I'll stay on this probiotic long term, or maybe I'll alternate with another one that has more strains of probiotics, but the pre/post biotics do something for sugar cravings. This supplement helped me curb impulsive eating, which in turn helped me lose 9lbs so far after several years of steady middle-age weight gain.

I think this is a OK pre-in probiotic I tried this one. It didn’t cause any issues. A pre-/probiotic just like others
