Finally my gut health is on track
I have used up the first bottle of this probiotic and wanted to share my opinion.After about 2 weeks, my digestive health improved drastically. Now I am regular for the first time in many years, and since that was my main goal, I am very happy.After about 3 weeks, I started to sleep better and have more energy.So far (5 weeks in), I have noticed a small weight loss of about 5 pounds. I am OK with that since gut health was my objective.I would recommend giving this a try. Some feel it is too pricey, but other pro and prebiotics I have tried withoutresults have not been that much cheaper.
