Good, but expensive
I really enjoyed taking the BIOMA probiotics, and could definitely tell a difference in my cravings and hunger. They are more expensive than I want to pay monthly, but I did sign up for a subscription and have been using them a year, until Amazon couldn't deliver. I switched to another brand and am going to try those for a while and see if I get the same result.Gut health:My digestive system has worked better
