I’m happy with it!
I am going on my 3rd month soon, I have noticed that it has definitely helped me going regular but it’s not a weight loss capsule. Just helps keep you regular. But I’m enjoying it.

Helps you to feel less bloated and balanced.
I actually think this has helped. I have not lost any weight, but my stomach is flatter and I feel better. Going to check in again in 3 months.
