Great mood lifter and great energy boost
I haven’t seen any weight loss yet. I’ve been on them a month, but I love how it makes me feel. I’m in a better mood all the time since I started taking these they’re easy to swallow and overall if it just makes me feel good that is most important

beauty and flavour in one
I’m really happy and will keep these in my routine. Flavor is mild and not overly perfumey like some gummies. I get fewer chipped nails, even without polish.
