I'm happy I bought it I'm noticing a difference
I've been using these for about a week and a half now. In the beginning I did notice more flatulence that quickly dissipated after 2 to 3 days. Noticed my Cravings reduced and my energy did seem to increase. I'm pretty happy with this purchase and will probably buy again.
