Feel better and lose weight
It's amazing. I feel better and I'm slowly losing weight. Have got most of my friends on it too. My roommate was the first to try it and so far has lost twenty three pounds in two months.

Controls appetite
Have been taking for about a month, I have stuck with one a day so far and have not stepped up to the recommended 2 pills. This product controls appetite. It has started to help me eat less, I just wish it controlled my ability to say no to eating when I am not hungry. Work in progress. Increased energy. Had to increase fiber to control bowel movements.
