Work well!
My gut had been off since being sick this winter and I've been using these just a few days and can already feel the difference. I just take 1 in the morning, not 2. I feel much better and my energy is better as well. They seem more effective than the previous probiotic I was using. And yes, I've already lost weight! Idk if it's these or something else, but that's not a bad thing.
